Linnea Sigurdson is an independent singer and songwriter based in Northern Sweden.
Her work centers around the human voice as a primary instrument, often moving between songwriting, vocal composition, and wordless pieces.

Artistic practice

Sigurdson explores voice as a physical and emotional force.
She works with minimal arrangements and long-form processes, allowing songs and pieces to develop over time without forcing resolution or format.

A six-minute vocal arrangement of the Debussy piano piece, arranged and performed entirely with voice.

Clair de Lune – Greve The Globe Jungle Remix (2026)
A jungle remix of Sigurdson's solo vocal interpretation of Debussy's Clair de Lune, produced by Greve The Globe. Chopped vocals, breakbeats, and heavy bass rework the original into a fast, driving, club-built track. Released March 9, 2026.

Reach and reception

Sigurdson’s music has reached listeners worldwide, primarily outside of Sweden, and is widely regarded as emotionally resonant and immersive.

The United States has the largest audience, followed by listeners across Europe.

Her work moves between introspective and rhythm-driven expressions, combining pop and singer-songwriter songwriting with electronic and vocal textures.

The Clair de Lune jungle remix was covered by Undrtone.co, which described how the remix rebuilds Sigurdson's vocal layers into a jungle track without losing their airy, classical character. Read the feature here.

Musik i byarna längs Umeälven (2026)

Supported by a scholarship from Stiftelsen Greta, Älvsbyn, Sigurdson initiated and carried out Musik i byarna längs Umeälven, a self-produced concert series of four performances in four days across villages along the Umeälven river in early August 2026.
The project was carried out together with Johan Roos Högberg (artist name Roos), with whom Sigurdson has also recorded live versions of "Awareness" and "Dream Big Again," released as part of Live in the Barn.
